ZeroAPI AI products are offline-first desktop applications. Your business data, your projects, and your customer records stay on your own computer — not on our servers.
ZeroAPI AI ("we", "us") builds desktop software and AI tools for game developers and businesses. You can reach us any time at zeroapiai@gmail.com.
Account information. If you create a ZeroAPI AI account (developer or business), we store the email address and name you provide, and a securely hashed password, so we can sign you in and associate any purchases with you.
Purchase information. When you buy a product, payment is handled by our payment processor (for example, PayPal). We receive a confirmation and an order record; we do not receive or store your full card details.
Website analytics. This website uses Google Analytics to understand general traffic patterns (pages visited, approximate region, device type). This is aggregate and is not used to identify you personally.
Support messages. If you email us, we keep that correspondence so we can help you.
We do not collect the contents of your projects, your customer lists, your documents, or anything else you create inside our desktop apps. That data lives on your device.
We rely on a small number of service providers to operate — a payment processor, an email/authentication provider, and website analytics. Each receives only what it needs to perform its function. If you connect your own AI provider, your use of that provider is governed by that provider's terms and privacy policy.
Our products are intended for professionals and are not directed to children under 13.
We may update this policy as the products evolve. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.
