You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information when you register. We offer separate developer and business sign-ups; you may hold either or both.
When you purchase a ZeroAPI AI product, you receive a license to install and use that software for your own business or development use, subject to any per-product terms shown at purchase. Unless stated otherwise, a license is granted to you (or your business) and may not be resold, sublicensed, or redistributed.
Prices and available products are shown at the point of purchase. Payment is processed by our payment provider. Unless a specific product states otherwise, all sales are final and no refunds are issued unless explicitly authorized by us. Please review the product details before purchasing. If something is wrong with your order, email us and we will make it right.
Our products can run AI locally (via Ollama) or connect to third-party AI providers using a key you supply. AI output can be inaccurate — you are responsible for reviewing anything the AI produces before you rely on it. Your use of a third-party AI provider is governed by that provider's terms, and you pay that provider directly.
Our apps are offline-first; the data you create in them is stored on your own device. You are responsible for backing up your data. See our Privacy Policy for details on what we do and do not collect.
The products and website are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the software will be uninterrupted or error-free. ZeroAPI AI is in active development and features may change.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZeroAPI AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the products or website. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
We may update these terms as the products evolve. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.
